Join our panel of experts to understand how to support veterans as they navigate life after the military. After service, some veterans carry a lot of mental weight with them and don’t get the proper help they need to heal. Learn about the various behavioral health resources for veterans so they can transform unhealthy coping mechanisms into positive ones and thrive after they’ve given so much of themselves.

Erik Leslie
Founder - SatiMind

Erik is one of the thought leaders developing mindfulness programs for the SatiMind community, military, health care professionals, hospitals and corporations. Erik's mission and purpose are to help bring mindfulness to the world, and empower people to practice and share the power of meditation within their communities to reduce stress, enhance performance, and improve overall health and wellbeing. 

Erik obtained a graduate degree in performance psychology from the University of Denver in 2010 and is a qualified mindfulness teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. His experience includes working for famous author Ken Wilber at Integral Institute and over 10 years works as a resilience trainer, public speaker, mindfulness facilitator and human performance expert.

Sazha Alexandra Ramos
CEO- Recovery Organization Resources 

Sazha is a Navy veteran and CEO of Recovery Organization Resources (ROR). She is a multi-platform presenter on women's health, harm reduction and recovery housing. Through Sazha's own personal recovery journey, she's seen how people who do not have access to resources and the funds needed to go through expensive treatment options can be left behind or left without viable alternative treatment options. Sazha is a living testimony to multiple pathways to recovery after being on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and currently utilizing the technology of Kundalini Yoga as her primary pathway to recovery. Through her work, she aims to provide education to those looking for resources that better address barriers to recovery. Sazha believes there is a human responsibility to take care of others, and through Recovery Organization Resources, she sets out to create liberated and supported spaces that allow for the discovery of the various pathways to recovery that exist. 

PRESENTER
Anthony Triola
Director of Operations, New Hope Ranch

Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) Anthony Triola retired on January 31, 2014, after serving 25 years on active duty. His military career began in 1989, when Anthony enlisted in the United States Air Force and served as an Intelligence Operations Specialist. During his military career, Anthony served a total of 33 months in combat; six months during Operation Desert Storm and 27 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His medals include the Legion of Merit, two Bronze Stars, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.

Anthony currently serves as the director of operations for New Hope Ranch, a Discovery Behavioral Health substance use recovery facility in Manor, Texas. Anthony has been married to his wife Sarah since November 2013, and they have one daughter, Madeleine. The Triola family has lived in the City of Georgetown, Texas, since 2017.
